I am obsessed with ellipses…

I use them constantly… 

Especially in e-mails… 

Even now I think I am being clever by inserting them… 

Somehow hinting to you that you know what might come next… 

Or I have just said something important and you should ponder it… 

I have tried to stop… 

But it’s just too much fun… 

And I always think they are so necessary… 

People will think I am too definite if I use a period… 

It’s an open door to future discussion… 

I don’t want to be rude and just end a conversation… 

I like to keep things open… 

Is that so wrong…?…

Ellipses rule…I too feel like I am sharing secret thoughts that make me more interesting and bigger than life. I bet Jesus would’ve used them against the pharisee’….
